Canon House Properties Limited is a privately owned property development, acquisition and development management company.

We specialise in managing large and complex development projects on behalf of, and in partnership with organisations and companies including Carillion Construction, Taylor Wimpey and Galliard Homes. We also undertake developments in our own right.

We are proud to be associated with and act on behalf of Sainsbury's Supermarkets Limited, Costa Coffee and the Universities Superannuation Scheme Limited on a number of specific projects. This includes the co-ordination of, and leading the team of consultants from the commencement of a project throughout the entire development process.
