Development Management Partnerships
Canon House acts as Development Manager on behalf of Sainsbury’s Supermarkets Ltd on specific projects. Our role includes the coordination of and leading the professional project teams from inception of the project to completion of the development process.
Our involvement with Sainsbury’s began in 1995. Our role includes working with property agents, planning, public affairs and transportation consultants, as well as cost consultants, solicitors, project managers and design team in addition to Sainsbury’s in house team.
Canon House acts as Development Manager on behalf of USS, beginning its relationship with them in 1999 and having successfully worked on asset development proposals to rationalise, extend and integrate retail parks to add value for the pension fund.
