- Canon House Properties acquired this pub in September 2009
- The site is situated in Abbots Langley overlooking the green
- The pub site extends to appox 0.64 acres
- A lease was granted to the existing tenant, with landlord's break options
- Canon House Properties secured detailed planning permission for a redevelopment comprising a mix of 13 x 2 and 3 bedroom Townhouses
- The site was sold with the benefit of this planning permission in May 2010 to Abbey Developments Limited
- From acquisition to disposal 8 months!

School Mead - Abbots Langley - Hertfordshire:
- Canon House acquired this 1.1 acre site from Watford Borough Council through a special purpose vehicle in conjunction with Galliard Homes
- The site is situated in the centre of Abbots Langley overlooking the green
- The site was purchased as six ground floor retail units with six, three bed maisonettes above
- Secured vacant possession of the retail units
- Secured planning for a total redevelopment to create a neighbourhood centre, comprising of ground floor retail (800 sq m) with twenty four apartments and associated parking
- The retail element is configured as one large unit let to Spar together with five smaller individual retail units. Other tenants included Ladbrokes and Dominos
- The site was fully developed in partnership with Galliard Homes
- All apartments and ground floor investments sold

Lawley Middleway - Birmingham:
- Development of a new motor dealership on behalf of Daimler Chrysler UK (for Mercedes - Benz)
- The adjoining serviced plot was sold to Volkswagen UK with planning permission
- A joint venture between Canon House Properties and Carillion Construction
- The investment was sold to Standard Life

Station Road - Edgware - Middlesex:
- A joint venture with Taylor Woodrow Developments Ltd (now Taylor Wimpey)
- A mixed use scheme which was promoted and led by Canon House through the planning and development process
- Prominent location in the heart of Edgware town centre, strategically located opposite the bus and underground station and opposite the Broadwalk Shopping Centre
- The former cinema was acquired
- Planning permission was obtained to develop a mixed use scheme of 60,000 sqft of residential, retail and leisure (basement car park, ground floor retail and restaurant, first floor health and fitness club and thirty five apartments above)
- Tenants include Caffe Nero, Peacocks and LA Fitness

Tally Ho Corner - North Finchley - London N12:
- A joint venture with Taylor Woodrow Developments Ltd
- Partners with the London Borough of Barnet following a formal competitive tender (OJEU)
- The project was the entire redevelopment of Tally Ho Corner, a prominent site at the gateway to North Finchley
- The council acquired the site to facilitate and promote a landmark scheme and to secure a new arts centre for the Borough
- The redevelopment aim was to provide 460,000 sq ft mixed use scheme to include residential (one hundred and fifty five apartments), retail (to include a food store and restaurants), a health and fitness centre and a 70,000sqft arts centre in addition to a new bus station for London Transport Buses
- Canon House provided the lead development management role including securing the key commercial lettings

179 High Street - Berkhamsted:
- Canon House purchased the premises unconditionally for redevelopment
- The property was acquired from West Herts College following a best bid process
- Planning was obtained for a change of use of the ground floor to retail and the conversion of the upper parts into apartments
- The property was redeveloped to provide a retail unit on the ground floor and three apartments above, comprising of one, one bedroom flat and two, two bedroom flats
- Retail unit let to Done Brothers (trading as Betfred) on a lease expiring in 2021
- All flats sold on long leases and the freehold investment sold

- Canon House Properties acquired this vacant property in December 2010
- The property is located in the High Street adjacent to a Tescos
- The property is comprised a vacant ground floor restaurant with 2 floors of vacant offices above
- Part Grade II listed building
- Canon House Properties secured listed building consent to subdivide the ground floor to create 2 retail units, planning permission for new shop fronts and to convert the offices and develop a 3rd floor to provide a total of 6 one bed apartments
- The scheme was part complete in August 2011, with completion of the apartments due early 2012
- A pre let was agreed with Costa Coffee for one of the retail units, who successfully opened for trade in September 2011
