Canon House acts as Development Manager on behalf of USS, beginning its relationship with them in 1999 and having successfully worked on asset development proposals to rationalise, extend and integrate retail parks to add value for the Fund.  We have worked with the Fund’s team to secure the necessary approvals and implement the various proposals associated with its projects.

Detailed below are examples of the projects that we have undertaken and continue to work on, on behalf of the scheme.

Enfield Retail Park - Enfield:

White Lion Retail Park - Dunstable:

Located a quarter of a mile east of the town centre with access to the A505 In total the retail park has 135,000 sq ft of floor space Occupiers include; DW Leisure, Halfords, Laura Ashley, Comet, Pets at Home, Staples, Holiday Hypermarket, ScS, Pizza Hut and KFC The park is adjacent to a Sainsbury's supermarket Canon House acted as Development Manager and secured an extension and reconfiguration to the park in order to add value to the fund (including a new Pizza Hut unit and a new JJB, now DW Leisure Retail and Health and Fitness Club) Undertook complete management of all the processes required, including working closely with key stakeholders Negotiated the relaxation of planning restrictions on the park Secured outline residential consent on surplus land Click here to view PDF>>
