 CHP acquired on an unconditional basis, a redundant, deconsecrated church on a 1.1 acre site from the Northampton Diocese.  The site is heavily wooded and subject to a blanket Tree Protection Order. The company engaged with the local community and negotiated with the local planning authority to secure planning permission for a change of use and redevelopment of the site to provide 8 three-bedroom private market houses, while protecting woodland and local residential amenities.
